The Arai profile okada-ryu helmet is designed for a long, oval fit.  The overall shape represents Arai’s newest, organic, shaping concepts and greatly increases this helmet’s comfort and performance, during riding.  Its sleekly contoured shape fits a larger variety of human heads and is designed to feel better and more controlled in the wind, even when a rider turns their head while riding.  Made of a super complex, fiberglass laminate construction, the profile okada-ryu was developed in every aspect with its wearer in mind.

Arai’s helmets are designed from a CLC (Complex Laminate Construction) shell fiberglass composite that is stronger while being lighter – allowing for greater use of softer, less dense, liner materials for increased rider satisfaction.  An optically correct, preformed face shield provides improved vision and UV ray protection with minimal distortion.  The Arai profile okada-ryu also features LRS shield removal for quick and tool-less replacement of face shields, whenever desired.  This helmet’s free flowing ventilation system reduces overall wind turbulence while increasing the exhaust of hot air from the facial area.  This provides remarkable comfort to the rider while also decreasing shield fogging.

The profile’s brow vent, face shield ventilation directs cooling air without placing holes in the critical forehead area of the shell or inner, padded lining.  This strengthens the helmet for hard impact, dispersing any blows, across the full area of the shell, without placing weak areas in dangerous impact zones.  The Arai profile okada-ryu comes with a removable breath guard to reduce fogging by deflecting breath away from the face shield.  To help clear fogging, the helmet features a De-Mist Lock tab that pushes forward to open the shield slightly.  For a custom fit and enhanced comfort, the profile comes with a fully removable liner in several sizes and cheek pads.  The liner and pads can be easily washed when necessary to keep the helmet fresh and clean over time.
