More Gravatar Stuff

Just a quick update on Gravatars:

Gravatar just launched version 2.0 of their service, however from the "Service Temporarily Unavailable" page their website is serving at the moment, it appears that things are not all sunshine in Gravatar land.

Hopefully, things will be back up and running again shortly.

On a side note, on of the new options in their version 2.0 is unlimited Gravatars and unlimited emails for $10 a year. This also helps them defray some of the initial bandwidth and hardware costs associated with maintaining the site.

Update (5/19/07@4PM): Balance appears to have been restored in the Gravatar universe as of last night and into today. Glad things are up and running again.Smiling Emoticon
